Casa Nobile is part of the 15th-century Tommasi-Fierli palace, one of the largest and most majestic in Cortona. Beautifully decorated with pastoral frescoes, this apartment once belonged to a Renaissance nobleman and it’s located within walking distance of Cortona’s attractions.

  • The apartment is located on the third floor and opens onto a small staircase, leading to a foyer. There are two main parts to Casa Nobile: one closer to the foyer, which includes a bathroom (with bath tub), kitchen and dining room, the second – accessed by a corridor – includes the large living room, a second bathroom (with shower) and the two bedrooms.
The kitchen is accessed by the dining room, a convivial space with a TV and a fireplace dating back to the 1800s.

  • As this is a town center apartment, there are no terraces, gardens or outdoor areas, instead the beautiful Cortona is your backyard! Made famous by the movie ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’, Cortona is perched on a hill overlooking the Valdichiana valley. This beautiful medieval town is rich in history and art, but also excellent restaurants, cafes and ice-cream parlors. All are within walking distance from Casa Nobile.

  • 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, Wi-Fi, oven, cooker, fridge and freezer, American-style coffee maker, Moka pot, toaster, kettle, washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, cot and highchair upon request.
