Ideally located on the top floor of a magnificent palazzo, this apartment offers breathtaking views which are best appreciated from its stunning terrace.

  • The palazzo consists of 3 large apartments distributed as follows: one on the ground floor, another on the first floor and La Terrazza on the top floor.

To access this 80-sqm apartment, guests have to climb a 40-step staircase.

The entrance leads into an open-plan area with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. On the same floor, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

The terrace has a surface of about 15 square meters and it’s furnished with a sofa and armchairs so you can enjoy a meal fresco or relax outdoors.

Decorated with antiques, the apartment is elegant but still cozy.

Please note that because of its location and architecture, the apartment is not suited to those with mobility difficulties.

  • On the ground floor, guests have access to a communal patio, which is shared by all the palazzo’s tenants, a quaint place where to sit and relax.

  • A.C., Wi-Fi, dishwasher, oven, cooker/stove, fridge and freezer, American-style coffee maker, Moka pot, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Cot and highchair on request.
  • The picturesque town of Cortona, made famous by the movie ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’ is perched on a hill overlooking the Valdichiana valley. This beautiful medieval town is rich in history and art, but also excellent restaurants, cafes and ice-cream parlors. All are within walking distance from La Terrazza, which is in a street parallel to Cortona’s high street Via Nazionale (or Rugapiana). A small supermarket is also less than 10 minutes away on foot and so are ATMs and the post office.

The town of Camucia is less than 4 km away. Here one can find bigger supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, a train station, ATMs, cafes and petrol stations.

In Terontola, only 15 km from Casa La Terrazza, there are a small supermarket, ATMs, petrol stations, a post office and a train station (Terontola-Cortona).
