Casa Colonia is a beautiful duplex, expertly reconstructed with natural and ecological materials that are found along the Etruscan walls in the less known and less frequented parts of the city of Cortona.

  • The apartment is in a unique dwelling encompassing it from ground level to the roof, with an entrance on the ground floor directly into an open space that houses the kitchen area which is equipped with all the household appliances and the living area with a sofa and dining table and a beautiful window that illuminates the apartment with natural light, on the ground floor is also a service bathroom with a washing machine. On the first floor (14 steps) there is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, well lit by two windows, and a bathroom with a shower.

Casa Colonia is situated in an excellent position to easily reach, by a short walk, the center of the city and is very close to the parking area.

  • As this is a town center apartment, there are no terraces, gardens or outdoor areas, instead the beautiful Cortona is your backyard! Made famous by the movie ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’, Cortona is perched on a hill overlooking the Valdichiana valley. This beautiful medieval town is rich in history and art, but also excellent restaurants, cafes and ice-cream parlors. All are within walking distance from Casa Colonia
