This 200-sqm villa has been recently renovated by the youngest generation of the same family, which has owned the villa for many years.
Split on 2 levels, the villa also features a wine tasting room in what used to be the barn.
The entrance leads to an open-plan living area with a comfortable living room, complete with a fireplace and a 10 seater dining table.
The fully-equipped chef kitchen is also on the ground floor and the French doors open onto a furnished patio where to enjoy al-fresco meals.
A laundry room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete this floor. The double bedroom has direct access to the lush garden.
From the living room, a beautiful stone staircase with 16 steps leads to the first floor where there are 2 single bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
All the windows in the double bedrooms overlook the valley as well as the garden.
The villa has been decorated with upcycled antiques and design pieces and is fully air conditioned. It’s an ideal accommodation for groups of friends or families.
There is also a 40-sqm annex next to the pool with a bathroom and dressing room, as well as a wine tasting room (the homeowners produce wine).
Even though the villa is close to the motorway, there’s no noise coming through.
The 1500-sqm garden is entirely fenced and is accessed by an electric gate. Throughout the gardens there are furnished patios where to relax, have a meal or sunbathe.
Sun loungers and umbrellas also line the private swimming pool (6 m x 12 m, depth 1.30 m).
The pool is outdoors and it is not heated. In compliance with local regulations, it’s open from 15 May to 15 September. This may change depending on the homeowner and/or bad weather conditions.
