The property comprises of 2 buildings, the main villa and an annex.
The main building is split into 2 levels and measures 400 sqm. The ground-floor entrance leads to an open plan space comprising of a living room with sofas and TV, a dining area with a large wooden table and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Also on the ground floor, a double bedroom with a bathroom.
The first floor is accessed by an external stone staircase (16 steps), leading to a beautiful living room, elegantly furnished with large sofas and TV.
The large fireplace is a reminder of the farmhouse’s history when this was the heart of the home.
On this floor, there are also 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (also with shower).
The property includes an independent annex split on 2 levels, each measuring 80 sqm. The ground floor is home to the spa room, with a sauna and aromatherapy shower.
A double bedroom and a bathroom can instead be found on the first floor.
The two floors aren’t connected and can be accessed through separate entrances.
The 800 sqm garden comes with an array of different areas, including furnished patios, a dining area and a solarium. The tall trees dotted around the garden provide shade during the hot summer days. Villa Torricella also has its own private pool which guests have exclusive use of.
The pool is outdoors and it is not heated. In compliance with local regulations, it’s open from 15 May to 15 September. This may change depending on the homeowner and/or bad weather conditions.

The charming town of Passignano is also close-by (8 km). The numerous pizzerias, restaurants and ice-cream parlors make it a beautiful destination where to spend an evening. From here one can also take the ferry to the pedestrian-only island of Isola Maggiore.
Another village about 7 km from the villa is San Feliciano. Although small, it’s home to ice cream parlors, cafes, pizzerias and restaurants by the lake.From here one can also take the ferry to the pedestrian-only island of Isola Polvese.

Closest railway station: Magione. Those arriving from Rome need to change at Terontola, while those arriving from Florence need to take the train for Foligno.

Arrival day: during high season, stays are from Saturday to Saturday only.
Rate includes: weekly linen change, utilities (except for heating and A/C) , wi-fi, pool and garden maintenance, deckchairs and parasols.
Extra Costs: final cleaning €180 (to be paid cash). Heating (if guests turn radiators on), A/C. Both are based on usage (€0.40/kW) and are to be paid cash.
Refundable deposit of €500 for incidental damages, to be paid by credit/debit card upon arrival.
