The villa consists of two recently renovated houses that have retained a traditional Tuscan architecture: terracotta-tiled floors and timber-beamed ceilings.
You can choose to rent the entire property or just one of the units.
The Terrace House (Unit 1) | Part of the broader Villa Margherita property, it consists of 3 master bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a complete kitchen, living and dining room. The attention to detail is exquisite, the owner is an artist and has furnished the interiors with incredible creative flare, resulting in a magical atmosphere.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious, well-appointed dining room with a second, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area.
Dining services for breakfast and dinner are available upon request and in-home cooking classes can also be arranged with the property owner.
The Cottage (Unit 2) | The Cottage is only a few meters away from the main building. It retains the Tuscan character of the main villa in its 150 sqm and offers all the modern commodities. It comes with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The manicured and lawned gardens are adorned with roses and shade trees. An abundance of flowering shrubs surround the property and the fragrance of lavender can be enjoyed throughout the property. Enjoy the ambiance the patio and terrace provide or relax your day away in the pool (4 m x 9,5 m with a depth of 1 to 1.80 m).
The pool is outdoors and it is not heated. In compliance with local regulations, it’s open from 15 May to 15 September. This may change depending on the homeowner and/or bad weather conditions.
In any case, please check with us before confirming your reservation.
Please note that only those who rent the entire property will have exclusive use of the pool. If you rent only one of the units, you’ll share the pool with the guests staying in the other units.
