Casa Sofia can be found on the first floor of one of the historic buildings that surround Piazza Signorelli. It can be reached by a staircase of about 15 steps and is about 50sqm.
The entrance is into a open space area made of a kitchen, equipped with a dining table and all the necessary appliances, and the sitting area furnished with two comfortable armchairs and a table with a lamp to enjoy your favourite book.
The house has not only Wi-Fi connection but also a television.
The bathroom with shower is small but functional and it can be found between the living area and the romantic bedroom. The bedroom has an extra large bed and it is furnished with antiques from the 50s that makes it very comfortable.
A local artist decorated the entire apartment’s ceiling with simple designs and natural pastel shades.
Casa Sofia is in the so-call Limited Traffic Zone (a restricted traffic area in Italy) so it is not possible to park or drive in front of the house.
A parking to pay (located in Piazza Mazzini) and a free-of-charge one are about 400-500 meters away, with a short walk you can reach the apartment.
